We, at Maverick Infotec are known for our ERP Implementation
Methodology. We follow the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology
designed by SAP for quick and easy implementation of the ERP system:

These are the clearly defined steps outlined by SAP for different
phases viz.,
- Project Preparation
- Business Blueprint
- Realization
- Final Preparation
- Go Live & Support
Checking through these steps, we progress and cross the important
milestones which leads us to the smooth and successful
implementation of the system.
Parties involved in the Implementation:

Maverick Infotec provides professional project management service
during three stages of project:
- Pre-Implementation stage
- Implementation stage
- Post-implementation stage
STAGE I: PRE-IMPLEMENTATION
- Provide scope analysis-(Period scope, Financial
scope, Technical scope, Software Utilization scope, Training
scope)
- Assists in choosing the right SAP ERP
software mix (mySAP ERP, B1, A1, CRM, SCM, SRM, PLM) for the
client.
- Assists in choosing the right module mix
and identify the major areas of focus.
- Researches, Evaluates & then suggests the
3 top implementation partners for the client.
- Creates awareness among all users
in all levels about the major transitions they are about to
undergo.
- Provides basic training to the client’s
workforce and make them SAP ready.
- Develop a structured AS-IS business process document
which is the foundation & a base reference document for the
whole project.
- Assist in Hardware sizing of :
1. Servers
2. Network
3. Node PC’s requirement.
- Assists in preparing the realistic schedules and
budget for the entire project.
- Assists in identifying the client side
team and in designing the team hierarchy, their functions
and roles.
- Organizing Core Team, Top Management, End-user Training
on System Fundamentals and User Screens.
STAGE II: IMPLEMENTATION
- Provides continuous training to all the
employees on SAP concepts followed by Hands-on Training in
respective modules.
- Assists the client on a day-to-day basis for
keeping track of timelines, schedules & issues.
- Organizes & co-ordinates meetings, events,
training sessions between all departments and the
implementation company.
- Audits & keeps a continuous tab on the
implementation company ensuring that all work processes and
requirements as given by the client is being met.
- Organizes the activities for the crucial part of
the project 'Master Data Migration' in terms of
awareness sessions, templates, trial uploads, etc.
- Helps in developing a clear 'Change
Management Strategy'.
- Ensuring that the company successfully
moves from their legacy system to the new
ERP system. Effective and timely Master Data
Migration management - Migrate and integrate Master data
efficiently and smoothly.
STAGE III: POST-IMPLEMENTATION
- Ensures proper usage of the new system by
all departments and employees.
- Conducts regular training sessions for
avoiding mistakes & enhancing the use of the ERP system.
- Conduct a Mass Master Data fine tuning for a
more dependable system.
- Keeps a track of all new issues arising & makes
sure they are closed in a timely manner.
- Develops an 'In-House Support Team' at the
client’s site with their own employees making them self-reliant &
not dependant on any external firm for day-to-day support on SAP.
