The AIR Document or the AS-IS/Requirement Document is used to study the current business activities of clients which will be usually done through Question and Answer Database (QADB). On the basis of this document , the Product Mix and the Module Mix to be implemented are decided  and the same will be used as a reference to generate Business Blue Print (BBP) to proceed with the configure of  the SAP software . AIR document is a crucial part of any implementation to be successful.

The Task List and Monitoring Sheet is used to determine specific task allocation and delegation. This document ensures 100% productivity and resource utilization. This document is mainly required to monitor tasks, which have been delegated and to continue the development of the staff to assist them in exercising their authority as well. It also allows staff to use and develop their skills and knowledge to the full potential.

 

Case Sheet

Case Sheet

The Case Sheet is a document used to store background information. It reduces time and effort as it can be used for future reference.
Maverick uses case sheets to track the step-by-step activities of a single task which will be used as a future reference document. This covers each and every information of the task. For example - It includes the person involved in the task, steps taken to complete it, duration, possible suggestions etc. This document is submitted to the higher authorities for approval.

 

User Audit Report

User Audit Report

Maverick has created the User Audit Report to audit/monitor user activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. All SAP system users must be continuously monitored so that utility-specific problems can be rectified as soon as they occur. This helps in reducing administration overheads. For example, if an SAP administrator wants to check for unrecognizable user IDs or the users trying to use non-permitted transactions, the administrator can execute transaction AL08 and review user activity.

 

User Role Matrix

User Role Matrix

This Matrix is generally used to maintain a system which is secure by providing authorization to the respective User ID’s. User Role Matrix is divided into 2 stages. The first stage includes the matrix of transactions v/s user role where in the transactions for a specific task is assigned to the respective user role. In the second stage, these roles are assigned to module wise user ids. This system ensures security and also avoids misuse of transactions by unauthorized persons.
